| Two Special Little Ladies I just wanted to share with you something sweet. A $20 cheque came in the mail to us [Glastonbury Community League]. It was from a mom (Merrilea Chin). Her daughter Mia and her little friend Jillana Neufeld set up a lemonade stand on Aug. 19 at John Patrick Gillese Park in Parkland. They sent the proceeds to us as a donation because they have enjoyed swimming and playing soccer with the community league and would like to see these activities continue for other kids. I think that is so cute. FYI, I know that Mia is no more than 4 years old and I assume Jillana is the same age. Thank you very much Mia and Jillana. |
